Data processed and purpose
If you complete the contact form on this site, the following data is processed:
- Full name
- Institution name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Any information you include in the message
This data is processed solely to evaluate your request, respond to you and carry out commercial offer processes.
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Sharing with our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers occurs only to the extent the service requires.
Retention
Once your request is concluded, the data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period unless a commercial relationship is established.
Your rights

- To learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
